New Boston Focus posts will resume August 29th, but if you still want to start your Friday morning with a good Substack read, I have a suggestion for you:
The Education Daly - My longtime friend and sometime collaborator Tim Daly has helped to build not one, but two impactful education non-profits (TNTP and EdNavigator).
Tim traffics in a lot of the same content as me - education data and trends - but he does so in a singular, longer form, with a national lens, and his pictures and captions are much funnier than my graphs.
This post on the professionalization of youth sports is still my favorite.
